What a difference a floor makes ! !

Had a bit of a flood in the recent bad weather because the front tarpaulin was blown off and I had removed the glass from the front portholes !!!! Had to get the ballast up to mop and dry out which was surprisingly quick as the weather changed and the fire was stoked up...So taking advantage of this spell of sunshine I cracked on with the flooring.

The floor panels are 18mm marine ply,  treated with a couple of coats of the trusted Cuprinol and edged with a metalic double glazing tape.

 Now they are down its such a treat to walk on and I suddenly can feel the strangeness of her not swaying as on the water.... very odd indeed......

I have to say that getting the floor in is a right proper milestone and makes a launch such a reality I can hardly believe it.. Looks blooming brilliant too... 

Then thrilled to try out some carpet tiles and be able to get the Comfy Chair on board ......

and the first part of a potential bed ..... a sunlounger from the very wonderful IKEA
